This page explains, in plain English, how to cancel, when you can get a refund, and how to reach us. It covers our two paid products: organisation access (an annual subscription) and the £3.99 visa report. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
Organisation access — £250 / year
Organisation access is an annual subscription that gives everyone in your organisation unlimited VisaBuddy reports for the year. It renews automatically each year until you cancel.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time, with no notice period and no cancellation fee. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the year you have already paid for, and it simply does not renew after that. There is no partial charge for stopping early.
Refunds. If you change your mind, we will give you a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided the access has been little or unused. After 14 days, cancelling stops future renewals but the current year is non-refundable, since access has been available to your whole organisation for that period.
How. You can manage or cancel the subscription any time from the Stripe receipt emailed to you at purchase, or simply email us at admin@cultureclarity.uk and we will take care of it. Refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
Visa reports — £3.99
The £3.99 report is a one-off digital item. It is generated on your device the moment you pay and delivered to you immediately, so it is non-refundable once it has been produced.
The exception is if something goes wrong: if the report fails to generate, is faulty, or does not work as described, email us at admin@cultureclarity.uk and we will put it right or refund you in full. (The visa checker itself is, and always will be, free.)
How to cancel or request a refund
The quickest route for anything on this page is to email admin@cultureclarity.uk with the email address you paid with. For organisation access you can also self-serve from the Stripe receipt we emailed you. We aim to reply within two business days.
Your legal rights
If you are a consumer buying for yourself, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 normally give you a 14-day cooling-off period. For digital content delivered instantly — such as the £3.99 report — you agree at checkout to immediate delivery, which means the cooling-off right ends once the download has started. This policy does not reduce your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable law.
